Seller Communications Guarantee



I understand that your home is not only your biggest investment, but also represents significant emotional value as well.  With this in mind, I make a PERSONAL GUARANTEE that you and your home will be handled with great care.  During our time together, you will be represented with Honesty, Ethics, Integrity, Professionalism and Honor.

If you are like most sellers, the period of time when you are in the real estate market can be inconvenient, frustrating and stressful.  It may feel like you are in a fishbowl, and the details are overwhelming.  This is the reason I am committed to giving you the absolute best service available.  I will do everything possible to make your transaction enjoyable and successful.

My Promise to you is as follows:

  1. I will personally call you with an update every week.
  2. I will call you anytime there is a change in the current market and advise you as to how any changes impact the sale of your home.
  3. I will make sure you have copies of all advertising and information to market your home.  I will also provide a full file (on disk or thrum drive) to you at close of escrow, with all paperwork obtained.
  4. I will provide you with a weekly update of viewing and activity on your home.
  5. I will always be 100% HONEST and straightforward with you.  This may include information you do not want to hear, but should.
  6. I will return all calls and e-mails within 24 hours or less.
  7. If I fail my communication commitment to you during any one week period, I will credit you $100 (per week) at the close of escrow.

I count on YOU to be an active part of the team, and the most important ingredient to teamwork is communication!  If something doesn’t work for you…it doesn’t work for me and I need to know about it.  Not all issues are avoidable, but with consistent communication, we can overcome any obstacle!
