As a long time resident of the Bay Area and specifically the Mid-Peninsula since age eleven, I have been actively representing buyers and sellers since 2000.  I possess a broadbased knowledge of the Peninsula communities and neighborhoods.  I am passionate about real estate, never tire of beautiful homes and interiors and love helping people with what is, most likely, their largest single investment. 
 
Prior to real estate, I was a 20 year veteran in the financial investment markets working with investment clients as well as in a managerial capacity directing the activities of brokers throughout the state of California.  I feel I have successfully leveraged my extensive financial and sales background into tailoring, for each client, the most effective marketing and sales strategy that will bring them the best results.
 

I work with buyers and sellers at all price points.  When working with sellers, my marketing plan incorporates all aspects of the home selling process including preparation of the home for market, marketing for full exposure, negotiations and escrow management.
 
I was born in Alabama, raised in the Bay Area. Currently I live in Emerald Hills. My three children also live in the area. My current hobbies include spending time with family, reading, traveling, painting, interior design and learning something new every day.
 
As a realtor, I have sold over $30 million of property, representing both buyers and sellers.

Client satisfaction drives my business.  Determination, integrity, preparation and knowledge have served me well in achieving the best possible results for my clients.  In difficult negotiations I will work diligently at finding a win-win solution to make the transaction work.  My clients' always come first...always!  If it doesn't work for you, it doesn't work for me.
 
My coursework and continued interest in interior design help me with staging and remodel possibilities in a new listing.  I have a keen eye for detail and can recommend easy and inexpensive solutions to enhance buyer appeal.  I have active resources for contractors, painters, designers, landscapers and stagers.

   Certified as a CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist) skilled in positioning properties for maximum buyer appeal through staging techniques.
